Congratulations on being Drafted, Alex Cappa OL

Congratulations to Alex Cappa, the first from the exclusive TWITS10 club to get drafted this weekend. Cappa was taken in the 3rd round, and 94th overall, by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The Buccaneers obviously like Cappa a lot as they gave away 2 picks (4th & 6th rounders) to trade back in to the 3rd round to make the pick.

Cappa could get the opportunity to see playing time early with the Buccs as they have a definite need at Tackle and on their O-line in general. More likely, Cappa, will sit behind incumbent Tackles, Donovan Smith and Demar Dotson, in 2018 but he should/could fill in as a swing tackle and get the start if injury strikes Smith or Dotson.

There’s a chance that Cappa first gets used on the inside as a Guard but, ultimately, I see his best fit at the Tackle position.

It’s a good landing spot for Cappa and he should be chuffed with being drafted in the top 100.
